When Vy and Truc contacted me about doing their maternity session, I was ecstatic. I actually met these awesome people before they were married, so it’s been wonderful watching them grow together as a couple, and now start a family of their own. We spent the day in Half Moon Bay breathing in the fresh sea air and I did my best to capture their anticipation and excitement to meet their baby boy, Connor.

Sally + Edwin + Colton San Francisco Family Session

I got to spend the day in Park Presidio with three of the most awesome people a guy like me could ever know. I was  extremely excited to work with Sally and Edwin and to meet their handsome young boy, Colton. You see, back in 2008, I worked as a second shooter for the ever-so-talented Thai Mai Photography studio. Sally and Edwin just so happen to be the first wedding I ever got to work in. It was the perfect wedding to kick start my journey. They are the sweetest people ever! Fast forward four years, and we come full circle. I had to get these out to the world, because this family is too precious not to share with you all!

Nicole + Mark San Ramon Wedding

Nicole and Mark tied the knot at Bridges Golf Course in San Ramon. The outdoor setting was gorgeous and the ceremony was very touching. As expected, someone always gets emotional at a wedding. However I was a bit surprised this time around since I was one of the witnesses needing a handkerchief. I was touched when Mark could not hold back his tears as Nicole walked down the isle. Fortunately for me, I could hide my face behind the camera.

Dear San Franci…

Dear San Francisco,

Believe it or not, I’m blogging while curling my toes in the white sands of Cancun and sipping on an ice cold glass of coconut milk (no rest for the weary, eh?). Marisa and Walter are definitely starting their “Happily Ever After” off on the right foot by getting married in such a beautiful place surrounded by many people who love them. After seeing them together this past week, I can honestly say that these good times are only the beginning. Here are a few teasers from the wedding, and I look forward to posting more upon my return. Bye for now, I have an infinity pool calling my name.

 Love always,

   Sal

“Diga Queso!”

“Diga Queso!”

Hi friends! Sorry I’ve been neglecting you on here lately. I’ve been super busy getting things lined up for the 2012-2013 wedding season. Our next adventure has got us going international. Bags are packed, and batteries charged. I’m headed to the Le Blanc Spa Resort in Cancun, Mexico to capture Marisa and Walter’s destination wedding. Maybe, just maybe, I’ll get a little sun and pampering squeezed in too 😉
I’ll miss you while I’m gone, and I’ll see you in a few..

Nunca me olvides
